Castle Card

How to use the Castle Card:
You can redeem Castle Card discounts if you have the exact number of the card and the card is on your name. If you make a booking, Castle Card discounts are only available if you inform the hotel in advance at the time of the booking. The hotel confirmation should show the exact amount of the normal rate and also the amount of the Castle Card discount. Please show the original Castle Card to Reception at the time of check-in. You can book a maximum 2-suites at once — no matter what category — by using one Castle Card. All Castle Card discounts are valid for all people staying in the suite(s).
Castle Card discounts:
- 30% discount from the hotel normal listed rate
- 12% discount from hotel package rate
- 10% discounts for dining at the restaurant
- opportunity for early check-in
- opportunity for late check-out
- Upgrade the suite if available
- Castle Card can be assigned to another person
- Castle Card can be used for 2-suites
Yearly fee for the Castle Card:
60.000 HUF

12 months from the date issued.
Additional rules about the Castle Card:
The Castle Card cannot be used in combination with other discounts. Also, no discount can be exchanged for cash. In case of loss, please write an e-mail to hirholcz@t-online.hu in order to be able to cancel the card within 1 work day. In this case you will receive another card number within 14-days. In case of card loss, the cost of the new card is charged to the owner of the card. (production and mailing costs are 2000 HUF). While waiting to receive your new card, you can use Castle Card discounts only by obtaining written proof from the Hungarian Castle Association.
